ABOUT

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience in adult mental health across public and private sectors in the UK.

Over the past 16 years, I have worked within the National Health Service (NHS), including in senior Clinical Lead roles across community, rehabilitation, and inpatient services. My work has involved supporting individuals experiencing complex and longstanding psychological difficulties, as well as contributing to clinical leadership, supervision, and service development within multidisciplinary teams.

My clinical approach is grounded in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic thinking and informed by Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT). I am particularly interested in how early experiences, unconscious processes, and relational patterns shape emotional life in the present, and how these can be understood within the therapeutic relationship.

Alongside clinical practice, I am actively involved in teaching and supervision on postgraduate psychotherapy training programmes in the UK and Europe. I also provide supervision and reflective practice for therapists and professionals working in demanding clinical contexts.

I hold a Master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London, and have undertaken further clinical training at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic and the Anna Freud Centre.

I work in English and Spanish.
